Licensing
A J Local Ltd has applied to the Royal Borough for a new premises licence at A J Local, 99–101 St Leonards Road.
The company is seeking permission to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
The application covers the sale of alcohol by retail only.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the licensing team offices at Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF.
Anyone wishing to make a written representation – including interested parties or responsible authorities – must do so by Sunday, February 15. The consultation period runs from Monday, January 19 to Sunday, February 15.

Traffic
RBWM plans overnight closures on key routes in Windsor and Eton for work on Elizabeth Bridge on Royal Windsor Way.
It seeks closures of Royal Windsor Way and Windsor and Eton Relief Spur,
The closures are to allow essential repair works to the expansion joints on the bridge.
The restrictions will apply every night between 9pm and 6am from Monday, March 2.
A completion date for the works has not been confirmed.
Traffic will be diverted via the northbound slip road from Clarence Road roundabout, Maidenhead Road, Windsor Road, Braywick Road, King Street, Grenfell Road, Grenfell Place, Frascati Way, Bad Godesberg Way, St Clouds Way, Bridge Road, Bath Road and Tuns Lane.

RBWM is also planning overnight road closures in Wraysbury – Heron Lake Road, for its entire length – to allow M25 junction 13 resurfacing works to take place.
The closure will be in force each night from 10pm to 6am from Wednesday, March 18 to Saturday, March 21.
During the works, vehicles will be diverted via Wraysbury Road, Hale Street, Bridge Street, Staines Road, Staines Bridge, The Causeway, The Gantry, Runnymede Roundabout, Royal Windsor Way, Albert Street, London Road, South Street, Thames Street, Clarence Street, B376 Bridge Street, Hale Street and Wraysbury Road.

RBWM is further planning a temporary overnight road closure in Datchet High Street from its junction with Manor House Lane to its junction with The Avenue.
The closure is to allow carriageway patching works to take place and is scheduled between 8pm and 11pm on Tuesday, March 17.
During the works, vehicles will be diverted via the High Street, The Green, Queens Road, Windsor Road and back to the High Street.
Contact Volker Highways with queries. Lastly, Slough council is looking to close the road in Alpha Street North from number 8 to number 12, starting at minute past midnight on Tuesday, April 28 until 11.59pm on Thursday, April 30.
