A community event for children of all ages to learn new skills and discover abilities takes place at Norden Farm this Easter.
Explore Day is an opportunity for youngsters and grown-ups to try something new and meet new people, with sessions for children and workshops for families to get creative together.
Activities include Circus Skills, Street Dance, Drama, Make and Decorate Chocolate Eggs and Lollies, Art Sculpture, Magic, Art, Ukulele, Djembe Drumming, DJ Skills and Special Effects Makeup.
There is also Sensory Play and Music and Movement for pre-schoolers.
Explore Day is part of the Quest Family Arts Festival at Norden Farm and will take place on Friday, March 29 (Good Friday) from 9.30am.
Quest Family Festival is two weeks of creative adventures including family shows, films and workshops and is supported by The Spoore, Merry and Rixman Foundation, The Cyril Taylor Foundation and The Louis Baylis Charitable Trust.
The popular workshops are £4.50 per person or buy a £16 pass for 4 workshops.
The sessions for 5-7 years, 8-10 years and 11+ years are designed for children to attend on their own.
Children’s packed lunches can also be purchased at the time of your booking to be collected from the bar on arrival.
