BRAY: A pop-up gallery will open in Bray Village Hall this weekend in aid of the Tiana Honey Watson Fund for Children with Rare Diseases.
The gallery has been running in Bray over Easter for the last 20 years by Melanie and Jack Free.
The couple owns Jack’s Gallery in Henley-on-Thames, which comes to Bray every year.
Paintings will be on show from artists Jack Vettriano, Clive Hemsley and Angela Fielder.
There will be limited editions, prints and canvasses on sale.
Entry costs £1 and will go towards the charity and the couple are also hoping to raise awareness of children with rare diseases.
There will also be nibbles available.
The gallery will be open from tomorrow, till Monday, March 28 from 10am-5pm.

COOKHAM: A community walk across the three villages to view the Stations of the Cross will take place on Good Friday.
Each year the community walk, which is around two miles, lets people view the stations which are each designed by an artist. The walk will pause at each station where there is a painting with a description given by each artist outlining their approach to their Easter subject.
The walk will begin at Cookham Dean Church at 11.30am and then to Whyteladyes Lane past the Catholic and Methodist Churches before crossing Cookham Moor and finishing at Holy Trinity Church.
ETON WICK: Take part in an Easter egg hunt at Eton Wick Village Hall tomorrow.
The hunt starts at 12pm and entrance is £3. Light refreshments will also be on offer.
LANGLEY: A Walk of Witness is taking place tomorrow (Good Friday) at Christ the Worker church in Parlaunt Road.
There will be a short service with the walk due to start at approximately 11.15am.
It will run through the streets of Langley, ending up at the Holy Family in Trelawney Avenue.
MAIDENHEAD: The annual Walk of Witness is set to take place in the town as usual tomorrow (Good Friday).
Organised by Churches Together in Maidenhead, it starts outside Sainsbury’s in Providence Place at 11am.
The route takes in the High Street and finishes at the Methodist Church, where hot cross buns and tea will be served afterwards.
MAIDENHEAD: Chocolate eggs will be put on hold as runners prepare to tackle the 63rd Maidenhead Easter Ten tomorrow (Good Friday).
The starting gun will sound at 9.30am as competitors head off from Maidenhead Office Park in Westacott Way to take on the 10-mile flat circuit.
Runners and spectators are advised to get to the race HQ early, with Westacott Way shutting to traffic at 9.20am.

MAIDENHEAD: Magic workshops will run throughout the day at Norden Farm as part of the venue’s Give it a Go Day!
The workshops are designed for ages five to seven years, eight to 10 years, 11+ and a family session.
The day is for families and children to try a host of different activities and skills including dancing, podcast making, circus skills and acting.

MAIDENHEAD: An Easter Holiday Hunt will be in the Nicholsons Centre from tomorrow (Friday).
Follow the trail and hunt for the clues.
MAIDENHEAD & COOKHAM: A Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt will take place in the National Trust’s Maidenhead and Cookham Commons between 11am-2pm.
Start the hunt at the National Trust car park in Pinkneys Drive near the Henley Road junction.
SLOUGH: A Good Friday Transport film evening is taking place tomorrow (Friday) at the Slough and Windsor Railway Society.
The event starts at 7.45pm.
Tickets cost £5 for members and £6 for non-members.
TAPLOW: An Easter Egg Hunt will be taking place in Cliveden’s gardens between Good Friday and Easter Monday.
It is open between 11am-4pm and costs £3 a child. No booking is required.
BRAY: Easter themed activities will be taking place at The Crown this weekend.
Children are invited to enjoy an Alice in Wonderland themed storytelling workshop run by Once Upon a Bus on Saturday.

COOKHAM: An Easter egg hunt will take place at the Bel & the Dragon in High Street from 11am-noon. Suitable for children of all ages.
ETON WICK: The Animal Sanctuary UK is holding an Easter fair in Eton Wick to raise money for the work it does helping animals and people with special needs.
The event is taking place at Eton Wick Village Hall, in Eton Wick Road, on Saturday and will run from 12-3pm.
A selection of hot food and freshly made cakes will be on offer.
Entry costs 50p.

MAIDENHEAD: The town's annual Easter Family Fun Day will be held on Saturday, March 26.
The event, organised by Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club, will be returning to Grenfell Park in Grenfell Road.
There will be face-painting, fairground rides, football skills workshops and an Easter egg hunt put on. Gates open from 11am to 3pm.
SLOUGH: Slough Museum’s Saturday Club, with art activities for children, is taking place tomorrow (Saturday).
The free family-friendly event is being held on the ground floor of Slough Library in the High Street and takes place between 12.30pm and 2pm.
SLOUGH: A host of bands will be performing over the Easter weekend at The Wheatsheaf pub in Albert Street.
Acts such as The Velvet Heathens and Turning Bowie will play at the pub tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday from 6pm onwards.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

WINDSOR: Paint the town rainbow on Easter Sunday at Windsor Racecourse. The Color Vibe 5K run will take place on Sunday, and is open to people of all ages and abilities.

WINDSOR: Battersea Old Windsor’s longest stay dogs are hoping to be discovered this Easter during the centre’s annual free Easter egg hunt.
Visitors are invited to find hidden treasure and even track down a dog in need of a home on Sunday.
Dogs like Bud and Reggie have been at the rescue centre in Priest Hill for a combined total of 1200 days – with the average stay for a dog being just 30 days.
The free family day will run from 10.30am until 3.30pm and will include an Easter egg hunt, the chance to meet dogs like Bud and Reggie, tea, cake and arts and crafts.
There will be plenty Battersea residents to meet so visitors are asked to leave their own four-legged friends at home for this event.
BURNHAM: Entry has now closed for the Burnham Joggers’ Beaconsfield Five-Mile Trail race – although a handful of late entrants are expected to be accepted on the day.
The starting gun is due to be fired at 10am on Easter Monday at Beaconsfield Rugby Club at Windsor End.

CRAZIES HILL: A search for chocolate will take place on Monday as part of the village’s Easter Egg Hunt.
Arranged by Crazies Hill and Cockpole Green Residents’ Association, youngsters are invited to take part in the village event while parents enjoy hot cross buns.
It is held in Crazies Hill Primary School, from 10am, where more than 100 eggs will be hidden throughout the grounds.

OLD WINDSOR: Complete challenges at the Old Windsor Easter Egg Hunt.
It will take place on Monday at Beaumont Estate in Burfield Road.
There are three session at 11am, 12pm and 1pm and tickets cost £7 on the day.
There will be raffles, face painting and craft stalls.
SLOUGH: Bookings are being taken for the popular annual Slough Rotary Club Quiz.
It will be held on Monday (March 28) at the Caldicott School, Crown Lane, Farnham Royal from 7pm.
Quizzers can have up to 10 players at their table.
There will be raffle prizes, free nibbles in addition to the supper, a pay bar, plus adequate parking space.
Entrance fee is £15, payable to Slough Rotary Club in advance, and includes supper.
Quizmaster Terry Pattinson said: "Our quizzes are always successful because they are not brain damaging. Most players know all the answers, which makes it great fun.”
