Firefighters attended a car fire on the Huntercombe Spur at the M4 Junction J7 in Slough last night.
The black VW Golf was ‘well alight’ and the driver managed to pull over at around 11.40pm.
A crew from Slough Fire Engine used breathing apparatus and hose reel to put out the fire and spent half an hour on the scene.
The driver of the car was not injured.
