Here is a round-up of events taking place across the area this weekend...
BURNHAM: Festive fun comes to Burnham with a Christmas Bazaar. Our Lady of Peace Junior School is holding its annual event from 6-8pm.
There will be a Santa's Grotto, refreshments, barbecue, tombolas, gifts to buy for Christmas, raffles and more at the Derwent Drive venue.
A pre-Christmas pamper evening is taking place at Fulmer Village Hall in Fulmer Road today from 6-10pm.
Treatments include massage, reflexology and facials and there will be stalls selling beauty products and a charity raffle for Fulmer Infant School.
Entry fee of £5 includes a goody bag, nibbles and drinks. Then on Sunday there is a Christmas fair with gifts items including fragrance and jewellery, homemade cakes and face painting at the village hall. It runs 1.30-4.30pm and entrance is free.
TWYFORD: An exhibition by Caversham Artists is being held at More Arts Twyford in Station Road this weekend, Saturday and Sunday. It will include paintings, printmaking, ceramics, jewellery, woodwork, photography, sculpture and decoupage.
The gallery will be open from 4-8pm Fridays, 12-4pm Saturdays and Sundays.
MAIDENHEAD: Jams and chutneys will be on sale to raise funds for a Tanzanian school on Saturday.
The Mnyakongo School Project was jointly set up by a group of former pupils, including College Road householder Barbara Laing, to raise money for the school.
Barbara will be holding a stall of home-made jams and chutneys to raise money for the project at Courthouse School's Christmas Fair, from noon-3pm, 50p admission.

COOKHAM RISE: Enjoy mulled wine and mince pies at Julie Adlard's open house at the Gallery at Elizabeth House on Saturday.
The Christmas preview event is open 10am to 4pm, refreshments 2-4pm, with part proceeds to the day centre.
WOODLANDS PARK: Father Christmas will be making an early appearance at a Christmas market on Saturday.
The market at Woodlands Park Village Centre, Manifold Way, Waltham Road, will feature stalls selling jewellery, candles, hand-made festive decorations, cards, and scarves as well as charities trying to raise funds.
The fair is on 11.30am-3pm, with free entrance plus prize draw to win a Christmas hamper.
TWYFORD: A monthly farm and craft market is taking place at Hare Hatch Sheeplands from 9am to 4pm.
This month there will be a range of stalls including Mollycoddles Kitchen who produce fun felt creations for kids.
There will also be a display from Sandra Williams who produces stained glass and floral decorations for the garden.

FIFIELD: The Oakley Green and Fifield Community Association Christmas Fair will be held at Braywood Memorial Hall in Fifield Road. Dozens of stalls will be available between 12-3pm including cards, jewellery and children's book. Entry is free.
IVER: Enjoy the Christmas lights switch-on in Iver High Street. It is from 2.30-5pm.

SLOUGH: Celebrations will be a noisy affair at the Slough Philharmonic Society's 70th anniversary bash. The society formed in 1941 is holding a concert from 7.30pm at The Centre in Farnham Road.

SLOUGH: Buy some gifts and enjoy a tasty meal at a Christmas Bazaar.
The event has been organised by the 3rd Slough Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers at Slough Baptist Church in Windsor Road, from 11-3pm.
There will be a wide range of stalls selling items including gifts, homemade cakes, bric-a-brac, mystery parcels as well as games and a range of tasty refreshments.
BRITWELL: Brain teasers are on offer in Britwell. A quiz on the history of the area is from 8pm at Britwell Community Centre, known as the Chicken Ranch, in Long Furlong Drive. Call 07707 479209 for details.
CIPPENHAM: Christmas fair fun comes to Cippenham. St Andrew's Church is Elmshott Lane is holding its annual event from 10am-1pm, raising funds for the church and local projects. LANGLEY: The Free Church in Langley is holding a Christmas Fayre from 11am-2pm at 100 Trelawney Avenue. Refreshments available plus a free glass of mulled wine on entry. There will be a cake stall and handmade crafts and cards.
FARNHAM ROYAL: Get festive and pick up some unusual and special gifts at the Dair House School Christmas Fair.
The Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Royal school is hosting the event from 11am-4pm, which includes a Santa's Grotto.

FARNHAM COMMON: Gifts galore at a Christmas Market at Farnham Common Junior School. It is from 1.30-4.30pm at the Sherbourne Walk school.
There will be crafts, decorations, homemade cakes and jam, Christmas wreaths, children's face painting, nail painting, books, and other gifts for family and friends.
Entry is £2 on the door including mulled wine.
COOKHAM: The first of three special Advent carol services will be held in Holy Trinity Church on Sunday.
The candlelit service will be sung by the boys' and mens' choir at 6.30pm.
The second will be held on Christmas Day with the third on Epiphany, January 8.
BRAYWICK: Enjoy the great outdoors in the beautiful woodlands of Braywick Nature Reserve on Sunday.
Tree wardens and conservation volunteers will be carrying out practical conservation tasks such as tree planting, coppicing and thinning trees.
No experience necessary, just show up between 10am-3pm on the day.

OAKLEY GREEN: A day of music will be held at the Ye Olde Red Lion in Oakley Green on Sunday. The free event in Oakley Green Road will run from 12pm and will feature live acts including Mexico 70, Emma Ambrosini, DJ Tim Dorney and DJ Ann of Add N to x. Call 07970 407141 for details.
WEXHAM: St Mary's Church will be holding a Christingle service in aid of the Children's Society from 5pm in the church hall. The idea is to light up the hall at the Church Lane venue with Christingles and raise much-needed funds for the society.
BURNHAM: Jewellery, books and Christmas gifts will be on sale at the Burnham Royal British Legion Christmas fair. The seasonal celebration will take place in Gore Road from 10am-4pm. It will also include a fundraising raffle and tombola.
TWYFORD: The legendary Twyford Blues Session will take place at the Waggon and Horses pub from 8.30pm.
The High Street pub will feature Jive Alive and a special guest musician from the national blues scene.
