A DISTILLERY in Binfield Heath has received a low food hygiene rating.
The Henley Distillery in Hampstead Farm was awarded one star out of five following an inspection as part of the Scores on the Doors scheme.
Environmental officers at South Oxfordshire District Council said confidence in management required “major improvement” while structural compliance required “improvement”.
Food hygiene and safety was assessed as “generally satisfactory”.
