    Live blog: Maidenhead United v Kidderminster Harriers

    Full time: Maidenhead United 1, Kidderminster Harriers 0. A big win for the Magpies and well deserved too. 

    Casey Pettit's second half strike the difference between the sides. United are moving on up the National League!

    90' Some last ditch defence from the Magpies and Massey again, who's been magnificent. That must surely be time now! 1-0

    90' Chance for Kidderminster from a corner but the header flashes just wide of Ross's post. Big moment. 1-0

    90' There's going to be five minutes of stoppage time here. 

    Massey heads behind for a Kidderminster corner after Smith gave the ball away cheaply. 

    They are being roared over the finish line by the Maidenhead fans. 

    87' So far, Maidenhead are seeing this game out pretty well. However, they'd love a second goal. One goal is never enough is it?  Kidderminster are putting the ball into the box when they can, but they haven't created anything to trouble Ross yet. 

    84' Bailey Hobson has a go from long range, but Ross is right behind it and makes the save. Devonshire will be happy enough with that. 1-0

    82' Nathaniel-George cuts in from the left and gets a shot off at goal but Dibble gets down to save comfortably. 1-0

    80' Worth remembering Maidenhead were in a very similar situation to this against York City, when the visitors fought back to steal a point with 10 men. They'll be hoping lightning doesn't strike twice on that front. So far so good though. They're playing well enough without being outstanding. 1-0

    77' Also a change for Kidderminster. Hemmings and Kai Lissimore replaced by Richards and Byrne

    75' Reece Smith goes on one of those gliding runs into the penalty area. He then cuts the ball back and gets a strike off on goal but Dibble does well to push it behind. 1-0

    A change for Maidenhead. Mitchell-Lawson is replaced by Shawn McCoulsky. 

    73' Kidderminster chance their arm from distance but the ball flies well wide. 1-0

    70' Have Kidderminster got a response here. They're trying to get the ball forward but Maidenhead's defending has been pretty solid so far today. 1-0

    67' GOOOOOALLLLLL! Maidenhead take the lead. Terrific work from Nathaniel-George to beat his man and then pull the ball back for Casey Pettit to side foot home at the near post. 1-0 to the Magpies! 

    60' Both sides are plugging away looking for an opener. But there's not been a great deal of chances to report on. 0-0

    55' Jack Lambert attempts to hook the ball goalwards from distance, trying to catch Ross off his line but he doesn't catch it right and it flies well over. 0-0

    52' Massey slides in Beckwith down the left. He twists and turns his marker before sending in a low cross that's hacked clear. A couple of moments later, Nathaniel-George curls in a low shot that Dibble pushes behind at full stretch. 0-0

    49' It's livened up quite a bit. Jack Lambert gets in on the left side of the Magpies box but Massey gets across to make a crucial block. 0-0

    46' Great chance for Sho-Silva a minute into the second half. He takes the ball out of the air well and is through on goal but Matt Preston gets back to make a brilliant sliding challenge. 0-0

    The teams are back out for the second half. Let's hope for more goalmouth action in the second half. United remember are looking to stretch their unbeaten run in the league to seven matches. They'll be kicking toward the Bell Street End in the second half.  It's 0-0

    Not the most thrilling of halves. Reece Smith had Maidenhead's best effort when he went through on goal and was thwarted by Dibble. At the other end, Hemmings has looked lively but the visitors haven't created much either outside of a couple of attempts from Morgan-Smith, one a header that flashed wide of the far post and a weak first time shot that Ross saved easily. They also had a penalty claim when Hemmings was clipped in the area by De Havilland, but it was an accidental coming together. 

    45' Hemmings gets in down the left side of Maidenhead's defence and his low cross is turned goalwards by Morgan-Smith, but Ross is able to make a comfortable save. 0-0

    45' Some trickery from Nathaniel-George from a corner gets him into the box but his shot is blocked. 0-0

    44' Some action shots as we approach half time

    37' Nathaniel-George cuts inside and outside of his marker on the edge before firing well over. 0-0

    35' Decent headed chance at the back post for Amari Morgan-Smith. He got up well to meet the cross but couldn't direct it on target and it bounces behind Ross's goal. 0-0

    30' Maidenhead get away with one there. The visitors open up the Magpies defence down the right and Bailey Hobson's low ball into the box looks to be headed for Hemmings, who has his heels clipped by the backtracking Will De Havilland. It was almost certainly inadvertent, but it surely prevented Kidderminster from being in on goal. Referee wasn't interested in the fans' appeals behind the goal. 0-0

    28' Almost half an hour in and Maidenhead are generally defending very well. no real chances of note for Kidderminster. 0-0

    23' Smith gets down the left side of Kidderminster's defence and whips in a low ball that's turned behind for a corner. 0-0

    22' Not much to report in the way of goalmouth action. That chance for Smith the best either side have create. It's tight, cagey and the quality hasn't been the best so far. 0-0

    18' CHANCE! Reece Smith gets past his man and he's through on goal but Christian Dibble comes out to make the save. The United man just couldn't lift the ball over the visitor's keeper. 0-0

    17' Kidderminster very nearly get in but Craig Ross is out smartly to save at Ryan McLean's feet. 0-0

    16' The 16th minute rolls around and there's applause from around the ground to recognise the work of Maidenhead's sponsor CALM - the Campaign Against Living Miserably. 0-0

    15' No shots or any real attempts from either side as yet. 0-0

    9' Kidderminster have mustered their first real attack with Hemmings whipping the ball first time into the middle, but Casey Pettit was well positioned to clear. 0-0

    7' Maidenhead looking fairly composed in possession. Ashley Nathaniel-George has just skipped past some challenges in midfield and fed the ball out wide to Jayden Mitchell-Lawson, but Kidderminster manage to clear his cross. 0-0

    3' Little to report in the opening minutes. Neither side has been able to get the ball down and play any decent football as yet. Kidderminster are in blue and yellow this afternoon and the Magpies in their black and white stripes with red socks. 0-0
