A team of mums representing a Windsor school have lifted the trophy at a charity netball tournament for a second time.
Clewer Green First School won the cash prize for their children's school at the Inter-PTA Netball Tournament on Saturday.
More than 170 mums took part in the event at Braywick Leisure Centre on Saturday 25 March representing schools from across the Royal Borough and surrounding villages.
Laura Prosser, Captain of Clewer Green First School said: “We were absolutely delighted to be able to rally a team to participate in the 2023 M2M Inter-PTA Netball Tournament.
"It’s a fabulous event, great fun and super standard of play. Clewer Green are absolutely thrilled with the prize money and cannot wait to put to good use.”
The final was a close-run match with the Trinity Titans representing Holy Trinity School in Cookham.
Dominique Gordon, who played Goal Attack for the Danesfield Divas won Player of the tournament.
The event was organised by M2M Events, and founder, Nicky Cox said: “It was great to see so many mums competing on Saturday and thoroughly enjoying their sport.
"There was a fantastic atmosphere with families cheering on from the side-lines and a lovely sense of camaraderie amongst teammates.”
Local estate agents, Oakwood Estates, contributed the cash prize for the winning team.
An Inter-PTA 6-a-Side Football Tournament for dads will be held on Saturday 30 September.
