Disruption is expected until the end of the day between London Paddington and Reading due to a fault with the signalling system.
Great Western Railway has warned passengers that trains will face delays and cancellations due to a signalling fault in the Southall area.
Some lines are currently blocked to allow Network Rail staff to fix the problem.
GWR’s high speed long distance trains will be delayed between Reading and London Paddington as they will need to share the stopping lines with slower trains
Elizabeth lines services are also affected by the signalling issue.
Customers travelling between Windsor and Eton Central station and London Paddington can use their tickets on services between Windsor and Eton Riverside and London Waterloo at no extra cost.
