AFTER being out for several months with injury, Ian Cole returned for Sonning Common and Peppard A last week to help his side to a 9-1 Reading and District League win against Division 1 bottom side Tidmarsh B. Cole won twice alongside trebles from both Gary Morgan and Ed Lush.
Two from Jeremy Willis and singles from Anthony Reeve and Jim Warren saw Sonning Common and Peppard C lose out 6-4 in their match at Our Lady of Peace C in Division 2.
In Division 3 the D team also lost
6-4 as Kingfisher E emerged victorious. Mike Casserely and Alistair Scott both got maximums as Sonning Common and Peppard E had a 9-1 win at Sonning Sports D in Division 4.
