Three swimming pools at the Montem Leisure centre in Slough reopened today after an extended closure for structural repairs.
Steel beams supporting Montem’s baby pool had suffered from corrosion, causing all pools to be closed before and during the Christmas holidays.
Rob Whitehouse, Slough Community Leisure chief executive, praised customers for their patience and said all pools had been restored to full working order.
He said the café had also been refurbished and redecorated.
