REMENHAM is unlikely to have a neighbourhood plan.
The whole parish is in the green belt so it has not been asked by Wokingham Borough Council to accept any new homes.
John Halsall, chairman of Remenham Parish Council, said: “We have put our neighbourhood plan in abeyance in order to see what the Government’s current thinking on the plans is so that whatever we produce is entirely relevant.
“It may not be entirely relevant for a parish like Remenham. If there’s no development, is there any point in having a neighbourhood plan which would probably fail inspection?”
