HENLEY town council’s parks services manager has confirmed all “prime” locations for memorial benches along the river at Mill Meadows have been taken.
Karl Bishop said that while his team try to place benches where they will best be used, they are running out of suitable locations.
However, “plenty of space” was available for memorial benches at Fairmile Cemetery.
