A carol concert held at Eton College Chapel commemorated the centenary of the First World War.
The event, which took place at the chapel on Wednesday, December 10, was organised by Thames Hospice, in Hatch Lane, and featured the Rodolfus Choir conducted by Ralph Allwood MBE.
Guest speakers at the event included Sky News presenter Martin Stanford, author Hugo Vickers, Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead Cllr Richard Kellaway, historian Laura Clouting, Thames Hospice ambassador Jason Bevan and others.
Liz Showell, director marketing at Thames Hospice, said: "We would like to thank everyone that gave their time to make this such a special concert and helped us raise vital funds.
"The beautiful singing from the choir, thought-provoking readings and prestigious venue made for a truly memorable evening."
The event raised more than £9,000 through ticket sales.
