A feast of entertainment is being prepared for villagers at this year's Fifield Fun Day.
Hundreds of families are expected to descend on Deep Meadows on Saturday, August 11 for the annual event.
It has become one of the biggest fixtures in the village's calendar over the last nine years and is organised by the Oakley Green and Fifield Community Association (OGAFCA).
Organiser Helen Howard said: "This is a community day as well as a charity event and every year we try to make it better than the last.
"This year we'll be asking villagers for their ideas and what they would like to see on the day."
She added fun day goers will have the chance to enjoy popular attractions such as ferret racing and a dog show as well as a hog roast, beer tent and numerous stalls.
But this year the family day will also feature a host of fun competitions including a bake-off, a children’s art competition and scarecrow making contest.
About 800 people attended the event last year, raising more than £5,000 for charity.
All cash raised from this year's event will be donated to the Chiltern and Thames Air Ambulance, The Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service and a host of local organisations including Braywood Cricket Club, The Windsor Horse Rangers and Braywood Memorial Hall.
Helen, who is also a parish councillor, added organisers are still appealing for volunteers to help throughout the day.
