Residential streets in Ascot have been named in the top 20 most expensive within commuting distance of London in a survey.
Leafy Hancocks Mount had an average of £1,699,000 and Monks Walk £1,642,000 in the research on houses in the south east carried out by Lloyds TSB.
The most expensive street was Leys Road in Leatherhead with £3,108,000, while Fishery Road, in Bray, Maidenhead, was 7th with £2,271,000.
Data was compiled from more than 1.78 million postcodes supplied by the Royal Mail in conjunction the Land Registry database of housing sales and prices.
