Staff at Burnham Library have been recognised as customer champions for their outstanding service.
Bucks County Council gave library manager, Sue Lemon, and her team a Highly commended award as part of its Outstanding Customer Service Awards.
They were recognised for their unflagging efforts to support and assist young and old visitors to the library.
Their nomination recognised their work with numerous community groups to ensure the library is used morning, afternoon and evenings for activities such as art, singing, chess as well as all things literary.
The awards comes off the back of the successful Burnham Library Arts Festival, which celebrated the Windsor Lane facility's 40th birthday.
Sue said: "I'm over the moon.
"We're lucky we've got such a good team.
"When you get the enthusiasm from the staff it rubs off on everyone."
