More than 40 homes will be built in Lane End

Over 40 new homes are due to launch for sale in Lane End this summer.

The 42 houses will be three and four bedrooms large. A communal play area will also be built for children.

Elaine Stratford, Sale Director at Persimmon Homes Thames Valley, which has overseen the development, said: “We are very excited about our latest development in Lane End.”

Customers who register interest now will be able to choose their ideal location within the development and will receive £250 towards legal fees if they also reserve a home. A show home is also planned for July.
