A new voluntary group for women has started up in Chalvey.
Meet & Mingle was launched at Chalvey Community Centre in The Green yesterday.
It has been set up in partnership with Slough Borough Council and the community centre after the success of the original Meet & Mingle in Wexham which started in September.
More than 40 women enjoyed the launch event of the Chalvey branch with activities including Zumba, card making and massage.
Mayor of Slough, Cllr Chrissy Small was among the guests.
Aksa Marshal, chairwoman of Meet & Mingle, said: "They were really happy to be part of a group. We have a slogan - to socialise, share, learn, be creative, have fun and be healthy."
The branch will meet at the community centre every Monday from 12.30-3pm with Zumba each week and other activities such as cupcake decoration, massage, arts and crafts and health checks.
The Wexham Meet & Mingle takes place at St Mary's Church Hall every Wednesday from 12.30-3pm.
