Customers took part in the Cheeky Chopstick Challenge at Sainsbury's.
The Red Nose Day fundraiser was launched at the supermarket in Uxbridge Road, Slough.
On Monday, nearly 30 customers took part in the challenge which saw customers set the task of trying to move as many Maltesers as possible from one bowl to another in just one minute using chopsticks.
The winner was Sharon Mangat from Langley, walked away with a box full of Maltesers goodies.
Other fundraisers will include a football match between Maidenhead and Slough staff, while customers can pick up official Comic Relief merchandise and Sainsbury's in Uxbridge Road and Farnham Road.
