Marlow FC have launched a new u23 team to bridge the gap between u18s and the first team.
Harry Pelling, who has been coaching with the Marlow FC first team for a number of years, will manage the team.
First team manager, Mark Bartley, said: “The creation of the new under 23 team will enable us to progress young players from the under 18s to our first team in a structured manner.
“Making the jump from an Under 18 team to step 4 football is a very big challenge, and forming this new team shows the club’s commitment to developing local talent.”
The team will play in the Suburban league. Players interested in joining the team can apply via the club’s website www.marlowfc.co.uk or by emailing play@marlowfc.co.uk.
