Magicians and Stormtroopers amused guests at Alexander Devine’s Heaven Sent Ball on Friday.
Sports broadcaster Clive Tyldesley greeted visitors at a champagne reception at Stoke Park in, Park Road, Stoke Poges from 7pm.
Windsor-based magician Dean Leavy, who is a pupil at Windsor Boys’ School, entertained the crowds and there was also an opportunity to have pictures taken with characters from Star Wars.
The evening also included a three-course meal, raffle and auction.
About £46,000 was raised on the night and will go towards building the hospice in Woodlands Park.
Fiona Devine, who co-founded the charity, said: “The whole evening was amazing, what a difference the weather makes, when the sun is shining, it just makes everything feel so much happier.
“Also everyone was completely spellbound by the magician Dean, he was great.”
