A man has been charged with the theft of whisky from Waitrose Supermarket in Church Street, Reading between January 18-22.
Matthew Doran, 36, from Brighton Road, Reading, was charged with two counts of shoplifting and asked for a further five offences to be taken into consideration.
He has been released on bail to appear before West Berkshire Magistrates Court on Wednesday, February 22.
Police are continuing to appeal for help identifying a second man (pictured) believed to have been involved in the thefts.
He is white, 6ft, and is seen on CCTV wearing a black zip-up Adidas hooded top, black jeans and a blake woollen hat and black trainers.
