A car dealership could be on the move from Station Road, Taplow, if final touches for a new 66-home development are approved.
The SGT Garages site, established in 1971, is set to be replaced by two blocks of flats with underground and surface parking.
Outline approval was granted in March 2009 and a reserved matters application is seeking permission for details of the building’s appearance, landscaping and scale.
It will be decided by South Bucks District Council by March 16.
The plans are for 48 two-bed flats, 15 one-bed flats and three one-bed studios with 61 basement and 29 surface parking spaces. Other features include a play area, refuse and cycle stores.
