Thames Valley Police is asking for help in tracing a man who has been reported missing from Slough.
Dariusz, also known as Darek, is 39-years-old and was last seen in the town on 12 May.
He is 5ft 8ins tall and is known to frequent Slough and Ascot.
Inspector Hayley McEvoy said: “We are concerned for Dariusz’ welfare as he has not been seen or heard from for more than two weeks now.
“I am appealing for anyone with information on his whereabouts to please get in touch as soon as possible.
“If you see Dariusz or have any information that might help us find him, please report this via our dedicated missing persons' portal, quoting reference number 43230229673.
“You can also provide information to independent charity Missing People by calling 116 000 or via its website.”
