A man has died after the van he was driving crashed into a ditch.
It happened on the B478 Playhatch Road near Reading yesterday.
The 68-year-old was driving a silver van and heading towards Caversham. The crash happened at about 7pm.
He was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital, but later died from his injuries.
Police are appealing to anyone who saw the incident to come forward.
