Hip-hop royalty Tim Westwood and crowd favourite Jazzy B wrapped up a successful festival as Slough Mela returned to Upton Court Park.
Alongside the musical acts which took to the main stage were stone lifting demonstrations, belly dancers, stalls, a funfair and refreshments to keep everybody going.
The star-studded line-up, which also included Imran Khan, Sazia Judge and Tariq Khan, attracted thousands of revellers to the sun-soaked event yesterday.
A lively performance from 24-year-old Junai Kaden proved popular with the crowd and the singer said he had been looking forward to finally stepping out at Slough Mela again.
"It's been two years since I performed here last," said Junai. "It was amazing.
"Slough is one of the biggest Melas in the UK.
"This show is the one to watch out for."
Asian Star presenters Bindika Sian and Vallisa Chauhan helped to host the day and explained the festival acts as a great way to bring everyone from the surrounding area together for a day of celebration, regardless of background.
"The whole point of the Mela is getting the community together," said Bindika, 25.
"It's going brilliantly. There is a lot more people than we expected.
"Asian Star are the organisers of the Slough Melas and there have been about five others, with the last in 2012.
"There's a really good variety of acts."
Breakfast presenter Vallisa added: "Just having Jazzy B and Imran Khan on the same stage is amazing."
