A London restaurateur will reopen the Riverside Brasserie next week.
Roger Payne has taken over the Bray Marina eatery and it will be unveiled on Wednesday.
He also owns Shaka Zulu, an award-winning South African restaurant in central London.
Roger, who is a Freeman of the City of London, explained that he is 'confident' that the brasserie will become a 'top rated' establishment.
He has installed former Shaka Zulu man Marek Gryz as his head chef. Marek says the restaurant will offer 'lighter' food in the day time with a fine dining focus in the evening.
Boat users will also be able to pick up picnic hampers by pulling up in the marina next to the brasserie.
Marek added: "We want to offer our customers the option to visit us any time of the day whatever the weather and enjoy this wonderful setting."
