Marauding mares will compete in annual Twyford Donkey Derby races at King George V Fields this summer.
The 1st Twyford Scout summer fair and donkey derby is set to take place on Sunday, June 2, with gates opening from 1pm. Entrance is free.
Punters will be able to place bets at the Tote on donkey's with names such as Chelsea Bun.
The event is set to feature music from the Maidenhead Concert Band, and lots of attractions for the family.
There will also be a beer and tea tent and a barbecue manned by hardworking scouts.
People can also sponsor a runner for £5.
Email droof@twyfordscouts.org.uk by April 30th to sponsor a donkey.
