The weather might have taken a turn for the mild in recent days, but the legacy of the cold, snow and ice this winter has left its mark.
The temperature on Wednesday night fell (December 14) to -7.2 degrees Celsius in Boyn Hill, the lowest temperature of the cold snap - and the lowest in any month since -7.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on February 12, 2012.
Last week our photographer Ian Longthorne was out and about snapping the frosty vista for posterity in Bisham, Winter Hill and Maidenhead's football stadium in York Road.
