A hair salon in Farnham Common won the customer service salon accolade at a national awards ceremony earlier this month.

Ginger Rabbit in Robin Parade on The Broadway was shortlisted for four awards and came out on top in the customer service salon category at the Salon Business Awards ceremony at 100 Wardour Street in London.

The awards take place annually and celebrate those working in the hairdressing industry.

The ceremony saw hundreds of guests attend to enjoy the award presentations, canapes, drinks and music from artist Brendan Mills.

Celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton joined SBAwards founder Joanne Charlton onstage to recognize and celebrate the stylists and salons who have gone the extra mile.

Mikaela Martin, Ginger Rabbit salon owner, said: “Winning the National Customer Service Award is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of my incredible team.

“We are deeply honoured and grateful for this recognition. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and building meaningful connections with our clients.

“Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and this award reinforces our promise to continue striving for excellence in every interaction.”

Andrew Barton said: “It absolutely delights me to see Salon Business celebrate and acknowledge so much achievement across all spectrums of the hairdressing industry from creative to business.”

Joanne Charlton, salon business publishing editor, said: “The SBAwards Grand Final always brings people together with a great atmosphere, lots of networking and recognition of talent.”
