A new 21,000sqft workspace is set for Botanica Ditton Park in Datchet next month.

Link Spaces is a new workspace brand from Active Hospitality, the company behind Malmaison, Hotel du Vin and De Vere.

It offers private offices, coworking spaces and meeting rooms set on the ground floor of the flagship Kennedy Wilson building.

The first Link Spaces building will operate from the Botanica building and will open in March.

It will run on 100 per cent renewable energy and offer 200 acres of open landscape.

‘Significant investment’ has been made into the IT infrastructure, offering tenants a 10Gb leaseline plus a 1Gb back up line – one of only a handful of workspaces in the country to do so, the company claims.

It will include a ‘high-grade’ comms room being on display behind glass at the core of the building.

Senior members of Active Hospitality previously headed up MWB Group property investment and development business.

Active Hospitality now operates neighbouring Ditton Manor, which offers conferencing and meeting rooms with future plans to develop into a hotel.

Jonny Aspland-Robinson, managing director of Link Spaces, said:

“With our roots firmly in service and hospitality, we’ve drawn on our experience to provide an unrivalled workspace environment for tenants, within the magnificent, green surroundings of Botanica.

“We offer a range of flexible options to suit modern businesses, and excellent transport links through the M4, M25 or trains to central London.”
