There is not long to go and now a new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has arrived to wet fans' appetites ahead of its December 18 release.
Partially filmed at Pinewood Studios, in Iver Heath, the long awaited sequel to the original Star wars trilogy is almost here.
Set approximately 30 years after the events of Return of the Jedi, the film sees the return of Star Wars originals Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford alongside a new generation of actors including Adam Driver and Daisy Ridley.
While offering little in terms of plot, the new trailer does offer glimpses of new villain Kylo Ren and familiar favourites including Harrison Ford as Han Solo.
A new poster for the film has also been released this week as the countdown begins to the most eagerly awaited film of the year.
Tickets to see the film are now on sale at your local cinema.
