An air ambulance helicopter landed in Ockwells Park on Thursday after a young boy fell in the park’s playground.

Thames Valley Air Ambulance received reports at 1.13pm that a six-year-old boy had fallen eight feet from play equipment.

An ambulance crew from South Central Ambulance Service was also called to the park in Ockwells Road.

The boy sustained an arm injury which was not thought to be serious and was taken to Wexham Park Hospital by ambulance. The air ambulance helicopter was not needed.
