BBC's MasterChef: The Professionals last night was in memory of the two Fat Duck chefs who were killed in Hong Kong last month.
The Fat Duck in Bray was featured on BBC's MasterChef: The Professionals as three chefs went head-to-head to be crowned this year's winner.
Magnus Lindgren and Jorge Arango Herrara's names appeared at the end of the show before the credits.
The BBC Two show featured shots of the High Street and Bray Village Hall.
Anton, Keri and Oli were shown some unique techniques used for dishes at the Fat Duck including vacuum-packed cooking and dehydrating techniques for some of their dishes. They spent three days being taught by head chef Jonny Lake and creative director James 'Jocky' Petrie.
After the master classes they were then asked to make their own dishes using some of the new techniques they had learned.
The show then saw the contestants cooking for real guests and novices. Each was responsible for creating two of the Fat Duck signature dishes for actual customers such as 'The Sound of the Sea', 'BFG', and 'Whisky Wine Gums', and 'Savoury Lollipops.'
Fat Duck's chefs were impressed with their efforts.
Marlow's Hand & Flowers was also featured on the show last week.
This week's final is made up of a series of tasks.
The winner is due to be announced on tonight’s show where the finalists' last challenge is to prepare a three-course menu for Gregg Wallace and Michel Roux Junior, drawing on everything they have learned during the competition and over the course of their careers.
