Two Fat Duck chefs who were killed in a fatal traffic accident on Monday have been named as Jorge Ivan Arango Herrera and Carl Magnus Lindgren.
The tragedy happened in Hong Kong when the two members of Heston Blumenthal's culinary team were in a taxi which was rammed by a bus at around 11.40am.
Hong King police reported the bus had crashed into two private cars before crossing into the opposite lane where it hit the taxi and another bus.
Firefighters had to rescue the 53-year-old driver and two passengers from the taxi who had become trapped in the vehicle.
A statement from the Michelin-starred restaurant in High Street, Bray, said: "We can confirm that two members of Heston Blumenthal's culinary team were tragically killed in a car accident in Hong Kong.
"They were both senior members and great and dear friends. Two uniquely talented young chefs that were loved by everyone who worked with them.
"They will be sadly and deeply missed."
The statement added the purpose of their visit to Hong Kong was to attend a private event.
Three people have been confirmed dead and 56 people were injured.
