A new children's nursery in Windsor was opened by the town's MP Adam Afriyie.
He did the honours at William Street Day Nursery on Friday, July 12, and enjoyed afternoon tea and judged a 'best crown' contest.
The daycare nursery for children up to five years old is run by Countryside Nurseries, which has facilities across the area including in Sunninghill and Ascot.
The new nursery includes a children's cookery area and rooftop garden, and indoors there is a learning zone for the teaching of literacy and mathematical games and activities.
Countryside Nurseries development manager Anna Taylor-West said: "It was very successful and very busy and the opening went very well."
