Employees at the Toys 'R' Us head office enjoyed cream teas on Thursday last week as a fundraiser for children’s charity Action Medical Research.
Volunteers delivered cream tea hampers directly to more than 65 staff at Maidenhead Office Park to help fund research into disorders affecting children and babies, such as Down Syndrome and diabetes.
Spokeswoman Sara Cooksley said “Our Toys R' Us stores are great at raising funds for a children cancer charity with the sale of Charity carrier bags.
"Its only right that head office staff are able to offer similar support to a great charity."
