A roofer caught the biggest fish at a 24-hour charity fishing match at Datchet Lake in aid of the Royal British Legion (RBL).
More than 10 fishermen took part in Fish 4 Heroes at the Horton Road lake from Saturday (June 22) afternoon onwards, raising in excess of £300 for the army charity.
The biggest fish was caught by Burhnam fisherman Dave Tye who caught a common carp weighing 15lbs 10oz while float fishing.
He was set to be presented with a trophy for his efforts on Armed Forces day on Datchet village green tomorrow. (Saturday) (June 29)
Each person taking part paid £25 to enter, which went to the RBL.
