Brothers from Winkfield are appealing for funding support so they can start their dream for an online student property website.
Entrepreneurs Caspar Algar, 24, and brothers Chesney, 22, Courtney, 18, and Eugene, 14, of North Street, have set up Moonrent Ltd.
They are trying to raise £20,000 through Internet business phenomenon cash-raising tool called Crowdfunding Campaign so they can launch the business.
Caspar and Chesney are former students at Charters School in Charters Road, Sunningdale, where Courtney and Eugene both still study.
Caspar, who works at the family property business Algar Design in Ascot, said once the cash is raised they hope to launch it September.
He said: "The four of us want to own and run our business together and do it independently. We need the money for our launch and want to run it ourselves."
The London Imperial College graduate said the online funding campaign sees people contribute any sum, but without getting anything in return. He said it is being used by many businesses to raise start-up funds as people get the chance to see a business they have helped finance grow, even if it is just £5.
Caspar said: "There is lots of interest around the globe in this way of funding as people are interested in seeing something work. They want to see a project they have contributed to come to life and you get lots of people to give a little bit."
He said he came up with the idea for the website solely for student digs nine months ago.
He said: "We are quite ambitious and are going to take it to Reading and Loughborough first and UK-wide after that. There is an opportunity as there is minor competition and we know we can do better than them, which is why we are going into this market."
