The manager of a care home in Sunningdale has been joined by fellow staff members to volunteer at a foodbank in the community.
Dormy House Care Home manager Jo Gullon, deputy manager Helen Thelwell, and regional sales support manager George King are supporting the Hope Church Foodshare and coffee morning.
George King, said: “This is a vital community resource especially given current prices in the shops, and all set against the backdrop of a cost of living crisis.”
Moving forward, George will be on-site each Tuesday to support the community group.
Dormy House provides residential, nursing and dementia care on a short-stay or permanent basis.
The foodbank is still seeking volunteers and those interested are asked to get in touch.
