An awards ceremony recognising the successes and achievements of businesses and community members across the area will return in Windsor this November.
The annual Windsor & Maidenhead Business and Community Awards recognise outstanding contributions in the community, highlight businesses which have achieved success in different areas and celebrate local community heroes.
Organised by the Maidenhead & District Chamber of Commerce, this year’s event looks to be ‘even bigger and better’, with winners receiving significant recognition and special awards.
The event is in association and partnership with Baylis Community Media CIC, publisher of the Maidenhead Advertiser and Slough & Windsor Express.
There are an array of award categories to enter, some of which include Excellence in Customer Service, Best Micro Business, Best SME, Best Digital Business, Fastest Growing Business, Best Company to Work For, and Community Project of the Year.
The Local Hero Special Recognition award will honour those who ‘have demonstrated exceptional dedication and a positive impact within their community, going above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others’.
Meanwhile, the prestigious Business of the Year prize will be celebrate ‘enterprises that have demonstrated remarkable growth, resilience, and a positive impact on their industry and society’.
Voting will open soon.
The black-tie awards ceremony will take place at the Castle Hotel in Windsor on Friday, November 22.
Guests will enjoy champagne and fine dining, a string quartet, special guest speakers, Hollywood-style photos and more.
This year’s headline sponsor is Sorbon Estates.
