A senior independent councillor has joined the Liberal Democrats in a move which keeps the party’s Royal Borough majority intact.

A senior independent councillor has joined the Liberal Democrats in a move which keeps the party’s Royal Borough majority intact.
Normally, councils can raise council tax by a max of about 5% a year - but the Government is proposing to give RBWM ‘flexibility’ for two years.
