The Royal Borough’s adult and social care services have made ‘good progress’ after a requires improvement rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – but work still needs to be done to address loneliness in the borough, a meeting heard.

Thornton-Hunt – Lynda Kathleen, passed away in the arms of loved ones on the 14th of January 2026. Adored by her ‘little family’, close friends and partner Peter, Lynda was a warm, generous, funny, kind and intelligent woman much loved by many for the beautiful person she was.
