Sir Brian May and Anita Dobson with Bertie O'Brien.
Hundreds of people gathered in Wellington College’s chapel on Monday to sing their hearts out and raise thousands of pounds for Bray's Thames Hospice.
The popular ticketed Christmas concert was hosted by hospice patron and actress, Anita Dobson, who was joined on the night by her husband, Queen guitarist Sir Brian May.
The congregation joined in with carols including O Little Town of Bethlehem and O Come all ye Faithful, while there were performances by the Military Wives Choir and The Royal Harmonics.
The Windsor Upper Schools music department band also impressed and even led a rendition of the EastEnders theme tune in honour of the evening’s host, who played Angie Watts in the soap.
Hospice supporters and workers also gave readings, including youngster Bertie O’Brien.
Bertie’s dad, James, passed away at Thames Hospice following a bowel cancer diagnosis earlier this year.
In the summer, the Braywick Court School pupil helped raise more than £10,000 for the hospice by taking part in a charity head shave with his best friend, Toby Hicks.
