A decision on whether to expand Heathrow Airport will be made next week, according to national reports.
Downing Street is said to have confirmed a cabinet sub-committee for aiprorts will make the decision, which was initially expected to be made this week.
It has been reported that, under special arrangements, ministers opposed to Heathrow's expansion will be allowed to express their 'personal views' on the matter for a limited period.
