The eastbound carriageway of the M4 is currently closed near Junction 7 (Slough West) due to an overturned car.
Drivers are being warned to expect delays of more than one hour while emergency services respond to the incident.
National Highways said traffic is being diverted via entry and exit slip roads while the closure is in place.
