SLOUGH: A trip around the UK is promised at the next Friday Nights at the Manor tonight.
John Coke is the guest speaker for Around Great Britain in Twelve Days, which starts at 7.45pm. Tickets cost £5 for members and £6 for non-members.
BRITWELL: Love will be in the air at a Valentine craft activity session which is being held at Britwell Library tomorrow (Saturday).
Storytime will also be taking place during the activity which starts at 2pm and lasts an hour.
Messy play sessions for under fives take place at Britwell Library every Tuesday.
Art Your Heart Out runs at the library, in Wentworth Avenue, from 10am until noon.
CHALVEY: A stay and play session for children under five will be held at Chalvey Grove children’s centre tomorrow (Saturday).
The session, from 10am to 11.30am, will include activities that parents can easily recreate at home to support a child’s development as well as providing an opportunity for children and parents to meet other people from the area.
A snack and a drink are provided for the children and the entry fee is 50p per child.

CHARVIL: An Oktoberfest evening is being held on Saturday at Charvil Village Hall in The Hawthorns.
Villagers are invited to don their best Bavarian outfits for the music and games night. Oompahband, a German-themed four-piece band, will perform on the night.
Tickets for the event, which starts at 7.45pm, are £15.
Proceeds from the evening will go towards Charvil Pre School in Park Lane.

SLOUGH: Love will be in the air at the Queensmere shopping centre tomorrow (Saturday).
Between 10.30am and 4pm, shoppers can be snapped with their loved ones in a Valentines photo booth at the centre.
The first photo is free with extra copies costing £1.
Activius, which is based in the shopping centre in the High Street, is also hosting a number of half term activities.
This includes a free arts and crafts workshop on Wednesday.
The event is taking place between 11am and 5pm.
WINDSOR: The Deputy Mayor of the Royal Borough, Cllr Sayonara Luxton, is hosting a Valentine High Tea.
The event will raise money for Thames Hospice and will take place at Windsor Guildhall from 6pm tomorrow (Saturday).
Tickets cost £20 and include tea, slice of cake, and a glass of champagne.

WINDSOR: An art teacher will display his own work at a free exhibition.
Ian McKillop has been the director of art at St John’s Beaumont School in Old Windsor for 11 years.
The Moments and Memories exhibition is open tomorrow (Saturday) and Saturday, February 27 from 10.30am-noon at Cumberland Lodge, in Windsor Great Park.
CIPPENHAM: Adda Slough is hosting an at the Copthorne Hotel to celebrate Saraswati Puja.
For the fourth year the group will meet at the hotel in Lower Cippenham Lane on Sunday, February 14.
The annual Hindu festival celebrates the goddess of learning, wisdom and knowledge.

MAIDENHEAD: Fresh produce will be on sale at Maidenhead Farmers’ Market in Grove Road car park on Sunday.
The market, now in its 17th year, runs from 10am-1pm on the second Sunday of every month.
There is free parking in the town hall car park opposite.
