This week’s public notices feature updated plans for a block of 30 flats in Maidenhead town centre, as well as plans for changes at Stubbings Nursery.
There is also notice of upcoming road closures in Maidenhead, Cookham Dean and Warren Row.
Planning
Stubbings Nursery near Maidenhead has submitted plans to demolish several outbuildings and make improvements including expanding its café.
The popular garden centre – located between Burchett’s Green and Littlewick Green – is located near a Grade II listed building.
Listed building consent from the council will be needed if changes are to be approved.
Stubbings Group Ltd wants to demolish storage buildings next to the café and build a side extension to accommodate more visitors.
Plans submitted for the changes said the ‘increasing number of customers’ at the café and garden centre had meant ‘additional space’ was required.

No diversion route will be available during the works.
