Fit For Life week will return this weekend, offering residents in the borough a chance to try a new sport for free.
Volleyball, swimming, yoga and wheelchair basketball are just some of the activities on offer.
More than 20 workshops will take place over the week which runs twice a year.
Jatinder Rakhra, fit for life activator, said: “We have more activities than January which is great and we have several new activities, such as cricket, bowls, Bollywood dance and tennis.
“We are also running a midday mile event aimed at workplaces. This is a led one-mile walk everyday at noon during the Fit for Life week from the Town Hall in Maidenhead and York House in Windsor.
“We have also worked with England Triathlon and the local triathlon club to organise the first ever beginner's duathlon event in Maidenhead which is taking place from Furze Platt on Sunday, May 22.”
Activities will run from Saturday, May 21 until Sunday, May 29.
